hello i was wondering if one hose would work to interchange the xtr levers and the saint calipers from this year and if so what hose would that be?

Unfortunately you're correct; these fittings aren't compatible with the Juicy 3. This kit is only compatible 5, 7 and Ultimate versions that feature a banjo fitting.
Sorry for the confusion. The description has been updated to make the compatibility clearer.
