Race Highlights: 2026 Leadville Trail 100 MTB
It's a mountain bike race because Lifetime has decided it's a mountain bike race and therefore you are not allowed to run drop bars.
They decided to dictate which tools you use for their races, because everyone loves it when race organizers tell you what you can ride.

First Ride: Santa Cruz Updates the Blur - More Travel, More Weight, More Fun?
@Catatafish01: I have Tallboy 4 and regularly use the downtube bottle. I couldn't imagine grabbing that bottle while riding. It's very much a get off of the bike and grab it. And it definitely looks bad. My wife has made fun of the second bottle multiple times.
That being said, I love being able to carry 2 bottles on the bike. Less weight on me makes me happy. It was definitely a factor when choosing a bike.
