Specialized Announces New Trail-Series Apparel Collection
Neoshell guarantees 10k waterproof. The breathability isn't measured w/ MVTR the way most rain jackets are though. This is measured with CFM, which is around .5 for Neoshell. .5 CFM is about the volume of a basketball's worth of air moving out of the jacket every minute. This is a ton more than a traditional membrane, which needs to build heat to push air through the membrane. Thats why there is no rating on these. Electrospun membranes are amazing for mountain biking.
