Guys seriously just end it, you have turned this into such a big deal when it really isn't. I'm sorry if the English have dominated your "country" for much of the last 1000 years but don't let that motivate you to become complete peasants. To be fair, in that photo you all look like fags, however WuudMTB's statement was clearly a joke and you have over reacted. Also WuudMTB is not shit and is right in pointing out there is no way of telling how quick someone is from a photo particularly if the photographer is pretty average. So don't feel the need to start on guys a lot younger than you over the internet, especially when your best insult is "you're shit"/"gay" get some originality?
