2008 Medium Transition Bottlerocket Frame with Marzocchi Roco TST R shock For 26” wheels and a standard 135mm x 10mm rear axle. I have owned this frame for a number of years and ridden everything from XC in Kent to the French Alps on it. This frame is awesome as I am sure you already know. I do not want to see it go but it is time for a change and I have no space to store. Furthermore it hasn’t seen much use at all within the last few years which is a shame considering how much fun it is. I am just under 6ft and rode with a 40mm stem which allowed the perfect balance of tight control with comfortability for longer rides. Frame is ‘raw’. It polishes up nicely but I gave up on that and let it oxidise to the dull aluminium finish you can see in the images. I will include the polish for the next owner if they would like. There are a number of small cosmetic defects and scratches as expected on a frame this age - see close up image for one such example. Further, more detailed images can be provided upon request. When the shock is removed the bearings feel a little rough, however there is no play in them. There is some play in the top DU bush which will ideally need replacing - not an expensive job. One of the bearing bolts requires a torx bit rather than an allen key to undo. Other than that the frame is nice and solid. Headset is pretty much a brand new - a 1.5” FSA orbit (IIRC) with cartridge bearings - cost about £70. Shock has been faultless and comes with a 450lb spring. Any questions please ask. Thanks. 2009 Rockshox Totem Solo Air With Mission Control: High/low speed compression adjustment Rebound adjustment Not ridden within the last year but running well until then. Generally in great condition. 1 or 2 minor stop chips on the stanchions, which are otherwise immaculate. A few rubs marks and scratches on the lowers as expected. Well looked after. New seals, oil etc fitted at last service as well as a 10mm lowering spacer added - they run at 170mm now (removable) and the floodgate removal mod (http://www.pinkbike.com/video/146846/). 1.5inch steerer - 215mm length Star nut fitted Comes with the removed floodgate parts and the syringe for changing the lower lubricating oil.
