I've had a life-long passion for cycling that started with training wheels and has become an increasingly more important part of my life. I enjoy xc & all-mtn off the road, touring on my road-bike(s), racing, commuting, and any type of biking when its with friends and fellow riders. With two degrees in health and the environment, I am a strong advocate for cycling for both its advantages as a energy-saving grocery-getter and a health-promoting activity.
