@ryanandrewrogers: Bruni runs his bike with a LOT of damping, yet lighter than expected spring rates....certainly goes against everything I thought I knew about suspension setup, but it clearly works for him.....softer is better, if you can hang on and ride 'light' on the bike (as he appears to do)
