Highland Mountain's 1st Annual Winter Woolly Fat Bike Fest - Video
The ski bikes were riding at warp speed while the rest of us slid around and dug furrows through the powder with our bodies :) seriously more smiles for more miles than I've seen in all the years I've been riding highland. Riding cats paw was a slow mo version of the summer version:)

Deity: A Bike Industry Love Story
+1000 I got back into MTB 10 years ago because my wife knew better than me that I'm a better, happier human being when a bike is involved. With a baby and a 4 year old I thought a bike would only be in my dreams. My son's almost 11 and we ride Highland together and it's about the sweetest joy ever.

The Tuesday Tune Ep 13: Fox's "Budget" Fit Grip Damper
@VorsprungSuspension: absolutely :) knowing the limits of competence is one way to measure it. Dunking-Kruger effect in effect! I was a programmer for 14 years; the best code cutters I got to work with were always the most humble and curious. Mastery is not the arrival on some pinnacle though a coming to peace with the uncertain journey.

Getting to Know the Industry: Mallory Burda, POC Sports
"I learned how important relationships were, the importance of being trustworthy, and how far having great communication could take you." The magic formula for success...that and constantly seeking to find ways to contribute, which also shines through in the article. Awesome write up, @rachellefrazer; killer to see some inside perspectives and a bit of what it takes to succeed in what can be a tough industry!

Huh. I've got several items from them and all have been superior to other gear I've owned over the years. Hope they dial in the QC...

The Tuesday Tune Ep 12: Leverage Rates
+1 for mentioning those old Manitou frames! Saw one hanging in the shop back in 1993 when I got my first true mountain bike. Remember being both blown away and confused ;)
