Rockshox Recon Silver 100mm Tapered 15mm non-boost
$150 CADGood condition fork, pulled from working bike. This fork is also Ebike rated. I can't recall if it's 2018 exactly but can look up the serial again if required. Fork is in good working original condition. It's never been serviced but hasn't had enough hours on it to be required.

$300 CADShimano Ultegra 6700 shifters with 6600 derailleurs. Cranks are 175mm with 53-39 noQ rings. 24mm Shimano compatible spindle. Cassette is 11-27. Can provide a used chain if requested. I also have rim brake calipers or a Giant Conduct system available.

Shimano Ultegra 6700 groupset Dura-Ace 7900 crankset
$350 CADGood condition 6700 groupset with Dura-Ace cranks. This is a 2x10sp drivetrain. Cranks are 172.5mm with 53-39t rings. Cassette is 11-28 and Shimano tall spline freehub compatible. I can provide a used chain if requested with no guarantees on fit or longevity. Front derailleur clamp is 31.8mm.
I can also provide matching 6700 rim brakes for an extra $50 if you're not on discs yet, or a Giant Conduct hydraulic system for $75 if you are.

Shimano Deore SLX XT with Truvativ crank 2x10
$175 CADCassette is included, just somehow missed it in the photo.
Shimano SLX shifters with XT RD and Deore FD. Truvativ 170mm cranks with 36-24t rings. Includes well used but functional GXP threaded BB. Shifters are I-Spec B with KCNC bar clamps. Can swap for I-Spec B hardware if you have compatible brakes. Can provide a used chain if requested, but with no guarantees. Cassette is 11-34t or 11-36t, can't recall but can confirm if that's a deal breaker.
