Flow Trail Overload? Or Never Enough Flow? - Pinkbike Poll
I think what makes or is a flow trail is objective to the rider. I won't argue that berm and jump filled trails are super fun, but just because a trail isn't smooth doesn't mean it doesn't have flow. Some of the most "flowy" trails I've ridden were tight single track with roots and rocks. You could pump and jump over natural features and find a rhythm going down the trail.

Sidi Defender All-Mountain Shoe - Review
I totally agree. When the ratchet system on my 2012 sidi xc shoes got damaged they offer replacement parts for almost all the parts of their shoes, for a reasonable price too.

Five Ten Freerider ELC - Review
I just got a pair the other week and I have to say they're pretty awesome. The color does leave something to be desired though, making them a bit dorky wearing them not for riding. But thats why I have a pair of normal Freeriders as well. On longer trail rides the stiffer sole is more noticeable, more power transfer/comfort in the long run. Plus the waterproofing has been awesome with the two weeks of rain we've had here on the east coast. Cheers guys.
