- Rims ( rim build was 180 plus 120 per ring plus the hubs so it together was just shy of 550... )
- New Bar's very wide for best handling ( answer bars )
- New headset not the cheap garbage one ( fsa the pig )
- New single speed rear mec
- New race face front gear
- Brand new 2012 marzocchi dirt jumper 3's haven't even installed since I bot them
- Disks for the disk brakes
