Video: How to Fix Hand Pain & Grip Issues with Vorsprung Suspension
@likeittacky: I think its not a easy way out cause to get where I am now took a lot of work, bracketing and trying all different setups, from low psi with 3 tokens to no tokens, but the setup I have now somehow does not feel the same if I take the token out, so I just put it back in there. I usually go through the 160 travel on every ride very consistantly, its just that last cm that is too progressive and I have bottomed out just a few times in the last month or two. Ive noticed that I like the fork to ride tall on its travel so I ride with decent pressure in it, no to far away of Rockshox setup recomendations though, but with faster rebound as recommended. LSC and HSC all open. Ive tried less air and LSC to keep it high on its travel, but the sensations are just not the same and the arm pump got a bit worse. My actual setup es perfect, with the exeption of that last cm. But my mindset is to just keep it that way for the huge hits, big jumps or mistakes.

I have 1 token on my ZEB 170mm and I found the perfect setting- rides amazing, it took time but now Im dialed. The thing is I usually have about 1 cm of travel available that I can´t use. My thought is to leave it like this as an emergency lifesaving cm of travel. Is my reasoning wrong? would it be better to take the token out and use full travel almost every ride? I ride bikepark sometimes but normally tech single trails at pretty decent speed. Thanks for the info Remy

Updated: Reynolds Releases Aluminum Wheels With A Lifetime Warranty
I think the only real benefit is that if you brake a spoke mid race run, the spoke moves into the hub instead of into the rim tape and you dont loose the race because you got a flat. On J bend spokes (my preferred option) the spoke cant move on the hub side so all the tension gets fired into the rim and puncture the rimtape, been there many times.
