lmao. you do realize that the marzo 4x fork actually weighs 4.2 pounds, "The 4x is right at 4.2 with the axle, correct oil height, and uncut steerer." -> davidmakalaster actually has one (2008 4x), and actually has a scale to weigh it on.
my pike 454 is the coil u-turn, and weighs 5 pounds flat, actually around 5.05 or so according to a decently accurate fish scale.
seems to me like someone didn't do their homework correctly. (sorry, had to copy you there)
