Review: 2024 YT Jeffsy Core 4 - A Good Friend
Just what I thought too....I think when testing bikes it is best when the folks stick to the size they are meant to ride according to the manufacturer. Even if they have different personal preference...

Opinion: Do We Need Size-Specific Chainstays?
Here is an already older article in german that tackles the same topic... it is highlighting thepart about the rider and personal preference a little more in my opinion. However most conclusions seemingly haven't changed too much during the last 4 years. https://www.mtb-news.de/news/forschungsprojekt-mountainbike-geometrie-3-8-was-ist-die-perfekte-kettenstrebenlaenge/#Sinnvolle_Gruende_fuer_kurze_Kettenstreben

13 Bikes That Could See An Update In 2023
@mrdimi: I'm a big fan of the current Optic but if the new one gets a high pivot that would be a real bummer...just doesn't make any sense for a bike like the optic in my opinion.

New Motors, Derailleurs, & Yetis: EWS Crans-Montana 2022
Interesting that Richie is still combining xtr levers (m9120) with Saint calipers....he did it before with the m9020 levers but since Shimano released the current calipers I have not seen this combo anymore.

Wonder what will happen with the remedy if the fuel ex is supposed to close the gap to the slash. A mullet remedy would be dope...

Review: Starling Spur - No Derailleur, No Worries?
I agree - great review but those tires or tire-rim pair for the rear (25mm rim with 2.6 tire) reduce the verdict's quality quite a bit. Especially as they were new to him. With all the effort he put into this review I think he should have put some tires on the rig he is familiar with. But that's really complaining at a high level, Seb's reviews are always great to read.
