Wheels run true and bearings are good as new. Drivetrain is in good order with plenty of wear left in chain, cassette and chainring. Bottom bracket and headset bearings sound. If you’re familiar with Stanton bikes, you’ll know they are regarded as some of the best steel hardtail frames around. Very well suited to UK riding. This is probably the best hardtail I’ve owned, but just don’t ride it enough to justify it sat idle. 2015 Orange Alpine 160 frame in Medium size finished in the premium Sterling Silver colour. Comes fitted with a 2015 Rockshox Monarch Plus RCT3 shock which is tuned to suit. Frameset was purchased March 2015 for £2000 including the upgraded shock and colour, and has been 'Invisitaped' from day one so it is in absolutely mint condition, no marks or dents etc. The Hope headset fitted will also be included. I have only ridden it a handful of times since building it up in April and only reluctantly looking to let it go as I can't justify having such an expensive bike sat idle most of the time as I have a hardtail which gets more use. 2013 Saracen Ariel 14X frameset with Fox RP23 Boost valve Kashima shock, 140mm Trail tuned suspension. Medium 17" size - would suit someone between 5'6" and 5'11". Sale will include Hope tapered headset with perfect condition bearings, 142x12 / 135x12mm dropouts and 12mm through axle as well as a spare set of QR dropouts so every hub configuration is catered for.
