agree with acmilan1899. I have had 2 sets of wheels with both switch hubs and tesla hubs, used on endure races and dh uplift days, on trail rides 18k+ and never had an issue, free truing and rim rebuilds are perfect. took 2 weeks for rebuild after smashing a rim in a rock garden but only due to my bad line. other parts on my bikes include pedals seats posts brake pads rotors bars and never had issues. shame about hearing of others with difficulties with service and products but if you are a possible future customer then I urge you to try for yourself and not listen to every bad review. paints a misleading picture of a great company with great ethics and morals. keep up the great work superstar.

pause at 0:20 , less than an inch between ground and sprocket, tyres to the rims, and forks on the bump stops! not a pretty sight! nice vid
