Thanks, I can't complain either I just met a woman in the rehab unit I was in that lost both legs below the knee in a car wreck, she was about 3 months into her rehab and just starting walk on her new legs. Holy perspective! Thanks for the shout out.

Pinkbike Poll: How Many Days Did You Ride in 2024?
Man, I'm truly touched! Mountain bikes have been such a huge part of my life. I bought my first one in 1987 with the money I got from graduation gifts, a Scott Boulder.
I have been inspired by so many people but Magnus Manson is a huge inspiration and we never met. Just knowing he's out there doing it made me get on the bike on some hard days. I think that's been one thing my whole life that has helped me get through this past year is I'm easily inspired by other humans. The single Mom that became an oncology nurse because she lost her Mom to cancer, the Dad that gets elected to the school board because he wants to make a difference, people like Lael Wilcox and now all of who added another chunk of wood to my fire!
This is my pearl of wisdom from someone that's had some time to think this year, be inspired by the ordinary and extraordinary.
Thanks again to everyone!
