Overcoming Gravity, 13. August 2016, Kromeriz, Czech Republic

On Thursday evening we started our road trip to Kromeriz, which is located about 3 hours behind Prague. Here we joined the “Overcoming Gravity” battle, where the world’s best riders compete on two eight-metres jumps. In the evening the competition area was build up so we could warm up on the big jumps and perform the first tricks.

At the following day the training and qualifying started at 11 am. After an unfortunate fall on my back and feet it wasn't actually possible for Sven to go on. However, he tried to finish the qualifying but sadly failed in the first round at the second jump. The rest of the weekend he was confined to the bed in our hotel room. On Sunday evening at the hospital it turned out that the ligaments and ankle are injured and that Sven will be out of action for two weeks.

Get well soon!!!
