Wanna go big? Come to New Zealand!

Singles / Solo Travelers - If you're traveling on your own and want to share the experience with other solo travelers, you'll find many travelers just like you on our trips.

Sample Itinerary:

Day one - Arrival day. Your All Star hosts will greet you at the airport and transport you to our stylish and comfy accommodations. Once settled we’ll show you around the town (Queenstown) and then enjoy a dinner together at one of Queenstown's favorite spots. Queenstown is a vibrant hub of nightlife and lifestyle; also our home base for this trip.

Day two - Shake out those legs with a cross country single track tour. We'll take you for a three hour ride today that will immerse you in the scenery of New Zealand, get your heart pumping, and most of all...make you smile. In the evening, we'll meet for dinner and show you around to the night life spots if you're interested.

Day three - For those ready for some serious gravity assisted downhill we'll head up the Queenstown Gondola for a couple of downhill single track laps. This trail is for advanced riders. If you're looking for a different option today we'll also be providing another cross country tour exploring the Central Otago region. The cross country tour is geared for intermediate riders. Or, take the day for yourself and experience an activity in or around Queenstown (i.e.: a massive bungee jump). In the evening we'll meet up to show you more great dinner and nightlife spots around Queenstown.

Day four -Welcome to the Cardrona Valley. Today provides two options or a combo of both. We'll be taking you for gravity assisted downhill laps serviced by van shuttle and/or trail riding on top of the Cardrona Valley mountain range. The views here are endless, and the riding is some of the best around. In the evening we'll head out for more fun in Queenstown, or jump in the van for a trip over to historic Arrowtown for dinner.

Day five - Heli-day!! This is the original Queenstown Heli-bike trip, as featured in the UK "Top 50 Things to do Before You Die". An amazing helicopter flight over the Remarkables mountain range is followed by 18 kms of exclusive and varied terrain. Starting from a 6500 foot summit there's only one way down and that's on your bike! Rolling ridge lines, gold miner's single track, then a flowing double track leads you to the finish amongst the Gibbston Valley vineyards. It's big and beautiful but not too scary!

Day six -Today enjoy a single track tour of the Lake Wanaka region. We'll take you along the lake edge, down along the river and back around to Wanaka for an afternoon checking out one of the south island's most popular lakeside communities. After our day in Wanaka we'll head back to Queenstown for our final night of the trip. We'll get together to talk about the good times, share photos and video (and perhaps a pint).

Day seven – departure day; today we have the sad task of saying goodbye. Your All Star hosts will shuttle you to the airport. We’ll make sure you make it to your flight home, and see you off….until next time.

Bonus:Earn lots of air miles! Earn thousands of air miles which are redeemable for airline tickets, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages.

I rode Q'town on a pretty porky rental Jamis Dakar FS and still had a friggin' hoot. Moke Lake track was tops for an XC loop. Ends down by the lakeshore where there are some sick jump lines. I dunno how "extreme" the descent off the Remarkables would be, but the DH lines off of the gondola are pretty sweet.

There's a decent area with lots of jumps and wooden stunts within 20 minutes of downtown Queenstown as well - for Americans watch out tho, the brake levers are reversed there! Made for a couple of scares

Hhahah reversed, it's called moto style......
  • 0 1
on dirt bikes and quads there reversed too xept usually theres a clutch on the left but just hafta get used to it... i remember a few crashes as a kid tho Big Grin

I switched my brakes to moto style, I was used to riding a dirt bike. It doesn't go well though, I prefer my bikes brakes to be the regular way, the way I learned it as a kid. I leave the moto style for moto, and the regular way for my cycling.
