So agree with the seals issue. I've got 3 pairs of vaults and all of them have crap seals. I wrote to DMR about it and the response was "what problem?", not interested in finding out more or fixing. And I live in Australia, not exactly the wettest country on earth...

@mountainsofsussex: yep agree. I'm assuming it's the "downhill" part that's in the time calculation, which is why DH mountain biking got up there in the danger stakes.
