Behind Hope's New HB.160 Bike
Amazing, i've been to the factory and it's like willy wonka's bike factory :P probably the only time a brand can release non standard parts and the owner not have to worry about getting replacements... unless hope go out of business or get sold off, then cycling is probably not worth bothering with anymore.

replying to my own comment; 195g isnt actually that light; my 31mm? (normal oversize bars?) carbon bars on my trials bike are 205g and theyre a hundred quid a throw, they arent made in the eu but theyre wildly bespoke for trials and they have no weight limit.

they make hydraulic gear systems and your reviewing a bar and stem? priorities please pinkbike.
Also 99kg weight limit is wild, i imagine most riders throw on 10-15kg of clothing/rucksack/stuff so that really must limit their potential demographic for these bars. but how many companies actually specify a max rider weight for their bits? it could just be to cover their asses. then again if your entertaining weight weenies they should be pretty lean and welterweight themselves.
