First Look: Shimano's New Gravity Shoe Lineup
So the AM9 & AM7 color scheme is "blue or f**k you"? Unwise Shimano, unwise.

Video: Remy Métailler Burns the Whistler Bike Park
Reminds me of Nico Vouillloz.... dude rides like gravity only applies to other people.

SB5 CARBON x SWITCH INFINITY
Looks cool but aesthetically there's something wrong with the lines... the whole front triangle but especially the head tube seat tube split.

Pinkbike Poll: Electronic Components
I'd really encourage even the purists to try the E:I system from Lapierre (it is totally developed and owned by Lapierre by the way Mike, Rockshox just produce it) I wasn't a believer either, but after riding it in France on an unfamiliar trail if anything it allows you to be more in tune with the terrain and experience of the ride. For example when rapidly transitioning from hard pack to a steep section of loose rocks round a blind corner or having to quickly climb up a short roller before launching off a drop, instead of finicking around groping for CTD levers and lockout switches, you just ride naturally and the bike changes from locked out to complaint to fully open exactly as you'd want it to. No slowing down, no taking your eyes off the line you want, no flailing for switches, just riding the way you want with your bike in the ideal setting freeing your mind and senses to focus on the real tactile elements of a great ride.

2013 Predictions: RC and Mike Levy Weigh In
Lapierre, Ghost and Haibike have the E:I option available since they're all Accell Group companies, but the patents are owned by Lapierre as they developed the E:I system.

2013 Predictions: RC and Mike Levy Weigh In
"RockShox's investment in *their* E:i system..." I suggest you look up who designed and owns the patents for the entire E:I system, you'll find it start with "L" and ends in "apierre".

Yeti Adds Kiwi Cam Cole to World Cup DH Squad
It was nothing to do with the Lapierre DH bike which was good enough to dominate the junior world cup and win the junior world champs this year. Cam's contract came to an end and Loic Bruni moving up was the obvious first choice for Lapierre after his results this year. All the best to Cam and Yeti in 2013.

Yeti Adds Kiwi Cam Cole to World Cup DH Squad
His contract was at an end as his recent results sadly were not good enough to justify Lapierre keeping him on the senior squad over Junior World Champ Loic Bruni who's moving up to seniors next year. Hope he does well at Yeti and we wish him all the best.
