Clearly Olly-geary is at fault here, he has everything to gain by lying whereas Matt has nothing to gain. Its all irrelevant anyway, Matt will get his money back via paypal but unfortunately not his return postage money. Shearing an allen key in place to replace a lost adjuster is clearly a bodge too.
"You never asked any questions about the fork nor did you ask for detailed pictures" What a dick, so its the buyers responsibility to make sure you aren't selling a turd sandwich and calling it ploughmans is it.
