Agreed regarding things I have not seen before. For my lower left back pain (which I'm sure has a different cause than your pain) I have had great success with a firm foam ball the size of a grapefruit, similar to what he shows in the video. For me my glutes and muscles around my hips are the cause of my issues. When I roll these out on the floor on my back with "search and destroy" it totally loosens me up and keeps my back pain in check.
Prior to discovering the ball and these tight areas that needed to be worked on, I had constant back pain with a couple episodes of sciatica (SCARY and painful shit) that totally immobilized me.
Best of luck with your issues, just sharing mine in hopes it can help someone else.
I plan to try the suggestions in this video.

This chanring came attached to the SRAM XX1 crankset I just purchased. I removed it prior to installing the cranks on my bike. Since it was attached to the XX1 crank by SRAM at the factory there is evidence at the mounting holes that it has been installed. It has never had a chain on it or been installed on a bike.

Sworks Carbon mtn cranks 175mm - BRAND NEW - S-works

I removed these from a 2015 leftover Sworks Enduro I purchased. They have never been ridden other than the parking lot test ride. Removable crank arm shipping stickers still in place.
I replaced these cranks with SRAM XX1 cranks that were BB30, I was able to keep the sworks bb, which is the reason I am not selling the bb as well.
