Pinkbike Poll: What If....?
What if pf bb... : threaded bb. easier to work with. What if gearbox... : the main problem with gearbox it's drag, not weight. Drag free derailleur over a light and slow gearbox any day. What if light tyres...: durable light tyres sound good, but sidewall support and grip are more important. So heavy tyres for me

BOS Suspension's New Inverted Fork and Coil Shock - Eurobike 2017
@migkab: well.. AFAIK, bigger diameter legs and CTA means stronger chassis. You don't need a review to know that. I'm not hating. Fork looks amazing and love inverted. I just try to say that my bet it's on the Emerald for the best exotic fork

Stan's Ridiculously Light XC Wheelset and New Wide Rim - Eurobike 2017
I can confirm that Stans rims have the best vertical deflecting on the market. My flow mk3 rear rim deflected a impact some time ago and I'm still waiting for the return on shape. Look like a slow return alloy.

BOS Suspension's New Inverted Fork and Coil Shock - Eurobike 2017
Offset adjust, hydraulic bottom out, big clamp interface... sounds good, but why ruin it with those stanction guards? And it's that FCV system necessary? BOS likes to go complex in his designs to keep that high tech aura around his products Nice fork but not as good as the DVO Emerald. Stronger chassis, trusty twin tube open bath damper, negative spring adjust, user friendly.

Greg Minnaar's Broken Santa Cruz V10 - Val di Sole DH World Cup 2017
@kieran: looks like the worse scenario happened. High speed, handlebar get stucked on the ground, hit a tree and greg's legs put some preassure in the rear while rolling. Even a 5k Unno would break in that situation.

Remember These? 11 Classic Mountain Bikes - Crankworx Whistler 2017
@schlockinz: The old 888 35mm it's a bit outdated and damping was horrible but still it's one of the smoothest chassis I've tested.

Is This Linkage Fork the Future of Suspension? - Crankworx Whistler 2017
Ok, look ugly but less stinction on front suspension it's a huge point. But let's talk about riding dynamics and geo. It's vertical axle path a good thing? I don't think so, but the head angle doesn't change and that sounds good...

The Pros Weigh in on Carbon vs Aluminum Wheels - EWS Aspen 2017
I never ride carbon rims but a friend has a e13 wheelset on his DH bike. We ride the same tracks at same pace. In 2 years, I'm on my third rear rim (729, then destroyed a flow mk3 and now on 729 again) while his e13 wheels still looks like new. I saved money but missed some days of riding waiting for replacements and spend hours lacing wheels.
