 Whew- after making that post, I noticed they're doing a second wave of tickets. They must be trying to corral the shoebies off the course because that's always been a massive issue. Damn, that teaches me for being an introvert.

 Introvert is in reference to "insiders" knowing when they went on sale although it sounds like a lot of people knew about them because they sold out within a few seconds.

 Yeah it really nailed it but in my opinion it isn't bad. I don't like to be part of a mainstream sport and I like that there aren't too many people riding bikes. (where i live).
Yes with more people riding, we would have more public dirt parks, more trails, more bikeparks etc. but I think it's more fun beeing part of a small group and not a everyman sport like football.

 yeah i definately love being part of a sport thats not recognized as much as the mainstream sports, although sometimes when i tell people i ride bikes they kind of take it as a joke

 Oh yeah man I totally liked that one band before anyone else did, then like everyone started to recognize them and like their music. They totally sucks now man.... Isn't there a word for those who love the idea of liking something for being out of the mainstream more so than the act itself, which is out of the mainstream.....oh yeah that's right it's HIPPIES! I f-ing love hippies man! but not as much as I LOVE MTN BIKING!

 Well I read an interview from him a couple of months back in Dirt mag , and he said that he let FMB was not real freeride .... Something along those lines

 No wood features this year, from what I've read. Riding the darkside this year, will hopefully abolish the wind curse.
