First Look: Formula's Prototype Dual Crown Enduro Fork & New Lightweight Brakes
@ninjatarian: I have a Ribbon originally air now coil 160 29er. Its not a bad fork if you are the right weight. If not you are screwed. I actually went as far as to try and source a lighter gauge spring for the "high speed circuit" but then it was too light also tried different damper oil weight. At around the same time I got a deal on a Trust Shout which I love and now the Ribbon is leaned against the wall in the garage... But ya open it up and look at the top cap on the damper side..see that plastic bobber wit a spring behind it? That is your hsc.

First Look: Formula's Prototype Dual Crown Enduro Fork & New Lightweight Brakes
@BenTheSwabian: meh they are good peopleand I guess the mrp ramp thing was innovative. But their damping is primitive particularly the way the hsc is activated and blown off. Its just a plastic plunger with a spring behind it. The spring is non adjustable and pretty heavy too heavy for alot of riders.

First Look: Schwalbe's New Wicked Will Tires
@FloImSchnee: the only front tire I will run I just trust it. Now I have to take on almost a pound of rotational weight for no reason.

First Look: Schwalbe's New Wicked Will Tires
Its super annoying actually. You cant get a super ground soft magic mary. Only the tougher heavier super trail and super gravity. I have never pinch flat a front tire i my life I dont need a heavy casing in front. Also I have been waiting on Shwalbe for months they have been sold out everywhere.

@komodo1: lol what do you think I was running that pissed me off so much I was willing to throw money at the problem so I never have to deal with it again. I was the xt guy now I'm the trickstuff guy I've had both if you ask me would I do it again and buy more? in a heartbeat. Go to the brake forums and look at ALL the problems people have with those brakes you say are just as good. 5 years from now Ill still be using the same brakes can you say the same?

Trickstuff Offer (Ever So Slightly Less Expensive) Blacked Out 'Stealth' Brakes
@Bloodshot0: this. plus less hand fatigue more control in the case of Piccola you can run them on a xc race bike because they are the lightest and then throw them on a enduro bike and have world class power and modulation. completely rebuildable and the cost and beauty will pretty much ensure they dont end up in a land fill. Like my xt/slx brakes have. ALSO and a major factor to me these are built by people paid a good wage. These brakes don't come from a sweat shop.
