Intense 150mm Dropouts with axel Retail + 250£

For those who are suspicious about the story of Filipe! I live in Madeira to, and know many other storys like Filipe, many kids are riding these low budget bikes until they break apart. Madeira is a small portuguese island, were most of the people earn around 500 € per month and 20% of the active population is unemployed.
