Yeti SB4.5 Medium

$2200 USD
2016 Medium YETI SB4.5 - Great bike with lots of life left in it! This bike has high miles, but has been lovingly cared for and regularly maintained. In 2019 I stripped the entire bike down to the 2 carbon triangles. Rebuilt both shock and fork, replaced all frame hardware, and the switch infinity link. The frame was professionally repainted my Ross Piper Designed in Orlando Florida in a super sweet turquoise with a very subtle sparkle top coat that really pops in direct sunlight. The paint job did not hold up well, but the bike and frame are in excellent shape. The bike was just serviced by Basalt Bike & Ski, a local Yeti Dealer. The linkage was serviced and the bike got a full tune. The bike has brand new DT Swiss 1700 wheels, new ODI grips, and matching Yeti saddle. The tires have plenty of rubber left, and the drivetrain and brake pads still have lots of mileage left on them. At $2200 including shipping within the US this is a great deal on a fantastic bike. The price is firm, fair, and non-negotiable. Lowball offers will be ignored. Act now and the bike will include a sweet purple bell courtesy of the Crested Butte Mountain Bike Association. This will make a great bike for the right buyer! Price Includes Shipping! Are You Willing to Buy Your Next Bike Online? - Pinkbike Poll
I did a frame up part by part build on a new bike this fall. Saved myself about 2k over a LBS, at least. When they lowered the price on the frame, they refunded me the difference! When I had mechanical issues after unboxing they offered to pay for the repair! (I fixed it myself.) I will never ever buy anything but emergency items from a LBS again. Even in those situations they often don't have the part stocked and I'm forced to go online. I'm trying to do most repairs myself these days, and when I don't I have options for free lance mobile repair guys at a lower rate and higher quality than the LBS. Most online bike shops have a store front somewhere and they are run by people. I've been able to build that same relationship and rapport with my online bike shop, and I've found it preferable in every way.
