$425 USD2025 RockShox Vivid Air Ultimate in pristine condition. This shock has high and low speed compression damping adjustment, rebound adjustment, hydraulic bottom out adjustment and lockout. This is hands down the best air shock I have ever ridden but this one will not fit my new bike. (will trade for a 205x62.5)

Pinkbike Poll: Do Your Hands or Arms Hurt When You Ride?
Good point on the brakes. Having to really squeeze those levers starts pulling joints in awkward positions. I have been on the 50mm riser high stack height thing for several years now. recently added 12* backsweep and Deity Supracush grips and all wrist and elbow pain is gone. However just saying that a certain rise bar and backsweep is the answer for everyone is not the answer. There are a lot of factors that go into being comfortable including bike geometry and body geometry and realizing you can only really adjust one of those.

2025 Mont-Sainte-Anne DH World Cup Timed Training Results
Regardless of how Finn does racing, I am a fan. I was riding in Squamish last year and he was riding with a buddy and went out of his way to say hi and ask how my day was going. He just seems like a genuinely nice guy.

Video: Greg Minnaar Explores his ADHD Diagnosis & How it May Have Unknowingly Shaped his Career
It is interesting that I have gotten this far down the comments section and it has not turned into a complete keyboard warrior shit show yet like it usually does. It is nice to see the compassion here. Damnit I already got distracted.
You bring up some good points about the importance of diet and sleep. I have seen a dramatic rise in kids struggling to focus in school and I am sure it has something to do with screen time. These kids are training their brains to focus their attention in very short spurts as they sit there for hours every day swiping every few seconds onto the next thing.
I work in the public school system as a mental health therapist. A good portion of the students I work with are experiencing ADHD symptoms and it is distressful for them. On one hand we are saying that young developing brains are like "sponges" wanting to acquire information then we say the only way to do that is to sit in a classroom for 7 plus hours and if that doesn't work for you, something is wrong with you. It is totally F-ed. It breaks my heart to see kids get beat down because they are struggling to fit into this narrow system we have built.
