Video: Wyn Masters Races Cyclocross
If mountain biking ever needed to be represented in a time capsule or presented to an alien species, Wyn would be it.

Pinarello Dogma F8 Disc Frame Set

$1000 USD
2017 Pinarello Dogma F8 Disc 54cm Frame Seatpost OEM Carbon Fork Front and rear axles Various headset spacers and cable guides Disc Brake Only Professionally repaired seat stay An intro: "Relentless speed" are the two words that come to mind when I ride this frame. Even when you're not on the gas, it feels as if every watt of power is being transferred into forward motion. Fancy climbing? Look no further. I won't waste your time with fancy cliche's that you've already read a million times over in the magazines. Just know that she likes to gain altitude in a hurry. Descending is a walk in the park on this frame. Keep the brakes open and she'll prove to you that she is braver than you are. It's just a really fun frame all around. To be blunt, I didn't believe the Pinarello hype prior to owning one. Plastic bikes are plastic bikes I thought. I was wrong. They mix some magic into their molds in Italy. The History: I bought the frame new from Competitive Cyclist in June of 2017 (see attached receipt). I realize that knock off frames are part of the game these days. This one is not. Along with the frame, you will be getting all of the documents (an owners manual in multiple languages, sales receipt, etc.). In addition, if you would like to confirm that the frame is genuine, I would be glad to provide my personal information so that you can contact Competitive Cyclist and verify the sale. You can also run the serial number that I provided a picture of on the bottom of the frame. At the end of the 2017 riding season (October for most of us in New England), I pulled the rear wheel to replace a worn tire and noticed that there was a rub hole on the inside of the rear seat stay arch. The only tire I ever ran on the bike was a Continental GP in the 25c size. For wheels, I was on Reynolds disc clinchers. I was a little puzzled by this as Pinarello says that a 25c tire is safe to run. In any event, I had the frame professionally inspected, repaired, and painted by the good guys at Hot Tubes. They did a great job on the repair. The only noticeable difference now is the slight color variance from the factory paint to where the repair was made. You have to be within 6 inches to spot the difference in shade. Please note, there were no cracks in the frame, just a worn hole. A couple of areas to note from normal use: 1. Some small chips at the front of the head tube 2. Some slight cable rub 3. Small chips on the bottom of each fork leg 4. Minor finish wear on the back of the seat tube from tire debris The headset cup are is in great condition as are the threads in the bottom bracket. I use a Park torque wrench religiously and always torque to slightly under the max recommended value. I started racing this year and campaigned all of it on my S-Works. The F8 has been sitting boxed up and I can't justify keeping 2 high end frames. So, there you have it. A great chance to own a documented Tour level frame for a fraction of the cost. Use it to realize the dream of owning a frame that your budget may otherwise not have allowed for. Use it as a rain/winter backup if you already have a race bike and want a spare that you don't want to worry about. Or, just use it to use it and have some fun on it. I'm glad to answer any questions and send high resolution pictures of whatever you may like to see. The frame will be sent in a professional bike box via Bikeflights. Thanks for looking and ride safe!
