Ignore me. Definitely says Steve. Will be very weird him not being on TLD

Actually I'm beyond wrong. Clearly not used to seeing Peaty's name written as Steve.

I don't think he is off the Royal kit - or TLD lids. I'm fairly certain the Instagram post only mentioned the four racers as all being on Fox.

@mattyglynn: I doubt it. He's not listed under the Fox Kit part of the post, only the racers are.

Tom Pidcock Receives MBE in the Queen's New Year Honours
@djm35: honours aren't awarded solely on annual sporting performance. These ones may be, but they can be awarded for a whole number of things including charity work and outstanding contributions to a field of expertise. Steve has set up charities and youth programs to help improve the facilities available to many generations after him and to come. British mountain biking is much stronger for Peaty and it would be nice to see that recognised in a future honours.

You mean a couple years right.... Honestly guys, nothing to ride there at the moment so don't plan any trips. Honest.

Rab Wardell Explores How Scotland's Trail Infrastructure Helps Riders Progress in 'Old Enough to Know Better' Ep 2
@THEATB: I never stated them to be fact, but they weren't a million miles away from the truth. Good to know no one was ever injured from it. Still would have been nice to repurpose it as those corners into the table top jump with the wall ride and the step-up were great fun.

Rab Wardell Explores How Scotland's Trail Infrastructure Helps Riders Progress in 'Old Enough to Know Better' Ep 2
The two stories I heard were that a lad went over the top of the curved wallride and had to be airlifted off the hill. The second was that after that, the hight of the structure was called into question and that it was built higher than the permission allowed. Weird that they never bothered to pull it down though. Just put up a barrier or two and left it to rot. A fairly apt metaphor for Glentress as a whole. A real shame there has been so little investment over the years.

Really happy to see this! She's been killing it out in NZ. Well deserved Louise.
