"With Neko and Jack holding down the race responsibility this week it's time to find the best lines and kill some flat corners."

Commencal Vallnord

As this French Alp resort's last UCI event was back in 2004 for the World Championship, we knew in advance that the crowds would be huge come Saturday's big Downhill final in Les Gets. All the riders said that the atmosphere on the side of the track was electric and that it was an insane feeling racing down the flat out track in front of them.

Now you know what an angry Momo can do! After his disappointment in finishing 4th in Vallnord the week before, Amaury Pierron didn’t want to miss the opportunity to win a World Cup in front of the French crowd in Les Gets.

Fastest time in qualies, Amaury Pierron knew he could reach his goal (dream might be a more appropriate word!). After everyone else's final run, the Les Gets track was looking massively blown out and until you are on the track, you never know if you can give enough. Stress levels were at an all time high, the French fans were on fire and it made the suspense even better!

MS Mondraker

Great weekend for the MS Mondraker team in Les Gets/ France. We are back in the game with 2 podiums of Laurie Greenland with 3rd place in men’s racing and Eleonora Farina with 4th place in the women’s race. Brook MacDonald managed to finish in the top 15 after a tough week with massive crash on day 1. Unlucky Mike Jones crashed with 2nd and 3rd fastest split times- on a potential podium run- and finished in 53rd place.

The team finished in 4th place of the day, but made up some positions in the overall. We are now in 4th place in touch with the top 3.

UR Team

A great week of racing in Les Gets, France on a super old school track where Tracey Hannah took the win!

Not the qualification day the team was after but young Luke did us proud in finals with a 10th place in a tight Junior field.

Gamux Racing

Mixed feelings this weekend. Faustin had another solid run in his finals in to #40. Unfortunately, Noel also had a big crash just before the finals and could not take part in them. Andi had a bad run in his qualies but keeps on feeling better, after his surgery 4 weeks ago.

Such a shame we have lost yt's polished effort this season.

Absolutely, and even though AG is injured and Jack is holding up the team on the track... Intense could still put out some background content to keep us interested in their efforts. Jack has been doing very well.
