I had issues with the lever reach adjuster gradually winding in whilst riding on these.
So I've now fitted them with some frog wake f-pro levers.
Definitely a good upgrade, super smooth and adjustable.
The olive issue is likely due to the hoses being 5.5mm, rather than the standard 5.0mm.
The silver hose connectors are best, as they are bolt in like old goodridge fittings, so no olive needed.

It's currently hanging from the roof of my shed. Retired her after 1yr, when the cranks had managed to notch a chunk out of the drive side chainstay. Still managed 500+ miles and ~50k ft climbing/descending of 16st me. Tempted to try n make a V2 full suspension version.....
