@Phaethon85: indeed. its now about 6y old. but i bought it like 5 years ago, and im having issues with it about 2 o 3 years now.... First you replaced the lower link because it broke, and i believe that caused the wear on the frame....

I have an intense sniper, that the lower pivot destroyed the frame. It was out of warranty for 2 months, and wanted to charge me 1.200$ to replace it... total joke... I can really tell there are some big issues with their bikes. i completely regret getting an intense
