Jul 22, 2018***PRICE DROP*** Canyon Torque DHX Rockzone
$1250 GBP***NOW ALSO THROWING IN 4 SETS OF BRAKE PADS***
Up for sale here is my 2016 Canyon Torque DHX Rockzone. It truly is a lovely bike, however I am selling it because it has just been sitting in the shed as I haven't had much time to ride it and so unfortunately I cannot justify keeping it anymore.
I bought this in late April 2016, and I rode it quite a few times up at Aston Hill. It is a very fun, playful bike that is just as comfortable in the air as it is making rock gardens feel like they aren't there.
However, I never really took it anywhere else and as I started to ride less I simply wasn't using it. It has essentially been sitting around doing nothing for well over a year.
The bike has an incredible spec especially for the price, which is partly why I bought it. This includes a Boxxer Team, CCDB Coil, full X01 DH, full Renthal cockpit, Guide RS brakes, and many more. The full spec can be found here: http://www.togoparts.com/items/view_item.php?iid=43433
The only changes I have made to the bike are the Enduro guard and the grips - I just fitted it with brand new DMR Deathgrips the other day.
The bike was £2250 when I bought it direct from Canyon (would have been considerably more expensive if it was from a shop), and so I am asking for £1250 (willing to negotiate). It is in very good condition and rides perfectly. There are a few scuffs here and there, as pictured: the largest one being on the left hand side of the fork lowers which was from a single crash on what I believe was my first ride on it! There are also a few minor scuffs here and there from putting it in the stand and other variables such as crank rub, however everything is purely cosmetic and does not affect the ride quality in any way shape or form.
As I say, this is an incredible bike and I would love to keep it but I don't really have much choice. If you are considering it, you are more than welcome to come give it a test ride - contact me and I will arrange it.
I have listed it as local pickup only, but if that causes any issues let me know and we'll see if we can sort something out.
If there are any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Thanks,
Seth
