Best in Show Award Winners - NAHBS 2019
If you like packs like on the Mosaic Cycles one, you should check out the company that designed and sewed them at JPaks ( Their bags have been raced and ridden all over the world. They also made that dapper tie. It's not a competition between makers and I'm sure you didn't intend any offense, but the actual maker of the bags deserves credit in addition to pointing folks somewhere else.

It looks like an insect from space Hell. Event Horizon-ass bike. I love it.

First Look: Santa Cruz's Chameleon Hardtail Goes Carbon
Vanquish is “only” $150 less, and the SC adds out of the box singlespeed capability and a second bottle cage mount. Those things are big for why a lot of folks ride hard tails. Better question is whether it’s worth $600 more than an Ibis DV9, if those ever come back in stock.

Field Test: Giant Trance Advanced 29
@danielsapp, saw in another review that you'd spent some time on a 429 Trail; how would you compare these two?

Salsa Spearfish Carbon Custom - Medium

$2000 USD
This is an absolutely perfect bike for long days out on rough trails or marathon racing. I've raced the Bailey Hundo and the Shenandoah Mountain 100 on this bike, and it handled everything perfectly. This is a three-ish year old bike with 3,500 miles on it, so expect some scratches and chips. I've changed out almost everything on the bike, so check out the parts list below. It's very light and fast, but also incredibly capable. Frame - Salsa Spearfish carbon, 80mm-travel w/Split Pivot suspension, 142 x 12mm thru-axle Fork - 2017 Fox Factory Float 29 FIT4, 110mm travel. The bike is currently running a 110mm 2018 EVOL air shaft. I also have 100- and 120-mm air shafts for the fork, if you'd like to customize the travel. Rear Shock - 2017 Fox DPS Performance EVOL Wheels - DT 350 Hubs to Stan's Arch MK3 Tires - Schwalbe Nobby Nic Addix, 29 x 2.35 Crankset - SRAM S2210 carbon Chainring - Wolf Tooth 32t Round. I also have a Wolf Tooth 30t Oval I'll include with the bike. Rear Derailleur - Shimano XT M8000, Shadow Plus Cassette - Shimano XT M8000, 11-42 Shifter - Shimano XT M8000 Brakes - Shimano XT M8000, only 1 month on the bike. Handlebars - Whisky Flat Carbon, 780mm Seatpost - KS LEV, 125mm Stem - Thomson, 70mm
