Upgrades include Maxxis Minnion DHR tires, front and rear, Fox Dropper post with Raceface lever, KMC gold chain recently installed and 10 speed SRAM clutch derailleur, shifter and cassette (bike came factory with a 9 speed). Shifts, brakes and works well. Maintained regularly. Fork is Ride ALPHA Prodigy 24", 120 mm, air spring, 15 mm.
