2021 Trek Slash 8 XL, in great used condition. This is the most capable bike I've ever owned! Absolute monster truck on the decents (it will eat pretty much anything) and is perfectly manageable to pedal up. The bike was bike taped from new. I've now removed the bike tape to leave a clean fresh paint where it was previously covered. See photos. There are no dents or dings in the frame however various cosmetic scratches where it was not possible to fit bike tape. The frame has the inner storage pocket which is really useful for keeping emergency tools and being able to forget about them. The bike has been regularly serviced including complete new frame and wheel bearings last summer. See some of the old bearings in the photos. It's had very little use since. It shifts good however, the rear mech is very slightly sticky in the lowest gear when shifting the bike upside-down but doesn't affect the operation on the trail. It has had the SRAM XO1 rear mech bolt kit which significantly reduces the flex in the rear mech. The back of the saddle is frayed (see photo) as a result of how the bike was hung up in the garage. There are also a quite a few rock strikes on the rear rim as you would expect. Hasn't caused me any issues. Only selling because we're moving to NZ, where I'll buy the same bike again. Fox Proframe MIPS - Size M Worn for two rides but haven't used it since hence sale. Have washed the pads although they were fine anyway. PRICE REDUCED from £1790 to £1550, priced to sell. For sale we have my 2018 Specialized Enduro Comp 29 in Large. This bike was originally the Comp spec which can be seen at https://www.specializedconceptstore.co.uk/product/11713/2018-enduro-comp-29-6fattie/. The bike has a number of key upgrades and a lot of maintenance/preventative work done. It really inspires confidence on the descents and is relatively light and very manageable on the climbs. Features: Fork: Brand New upgraded RC2.1 charger damper fitted last summer (still got receipt - very expensive upgrade). This is the latest damper and effectively turns the Yari into a Lyric Ultimate (minus the ultra low friction seals). At the same time, it got fitted with the new Debonair 170mm air spring to bump up travel by 10mm and improve small bump sensitivity - it is a very plush set-up. Absolutely night and day difference to the basic RC motion control damper (I still have if the buyer wants). Missing the rebound knob but rebound can be adjusted with an allen key all the same. Low leg service recently done. Stantions have no marks. Brakes: Upgraded brakes to Shimano Zee's including Shimano floating rotors. These brakes have huge power (DH bike brakes) and great modulation - spare pads. Tyres: Magic Mary on the front with loads of life left; brand new Bontrager XR4 (used to pedal round the park and that's it) General Work: Recently had new bottom bracket, full frame bearings, wheel bearings, dropper seat service, rear shock had a full service in May, full clean. On the whole the bike is in good condition. The frame has been bike taped from new which I have now taken off before the sale to reveal a fresher frame. There are a quite a few cosmetic marks on the frame and components just from general use (mostly from transporting the bike in the back of the car), none of which are functional, only cosmetic. I have tried to show them as best as possible in the photos - it really does look better in person than in the photos. The bike has been well looked after and does get regular maintenance as discussed in the general work above. Other than the general cosmetic issues there is a slight play in the rear wheel, a few dings in the rim and the gears aren't perfect (as expected) but I've never had problems with them, perfectly functional - they've been just tuned before sale. I may swap out the rear tyre for a different one but haven't quite decided or I could put on some brand new tyres I have if the buyer wished. Based in Edinburgh. PRICE REDUCTION DOWN FROM £1295 TO £1065 For sale we have my 2016 Focus SAM LTD, in Large. Originally bought last summer, the bike has seen little use since. It has been bike taped from day one which has now been removed to leave an virtually mint condition frame. The bike rides amazing and climbs well. Its got excellent German build quality that hasn't missed a beat. Cleaned and serviced regularly. The bike is stunning in person and the pictures don't do it justice! The bike has had some key upgrades including Shimano SLX brakes (miles better than the stock brakes), Schwalbe Magic Mary on the front and Schwalbe Hans Dampf, like new on the rear (again, night and day grip leaves compared to the stock mountain kings) and Easten carbon bars. PRICE DROP £1075 from £1200 For sale we have my 2014 Specialized Enduro Comp 29 in Large. With the additional upgrades and the huge amount of work done on it, the bike inspires amazing confidence on the descents (especially with the 29er wheels) and is perfectly manageable on the climbs. The only reason for selling the bike is that I've bought the newer model. Features: Frame: Original frame with upgraded Rockshox Monarch Plus RC3 (Mid-Mid tune) with 3 on-the-fly compression adjustable settings. Far better performance over the original Fox shock and came standard on 2015 model. No cracks or dents in frame just usual nicks, cable and heel rub as I've tried to show in pictures. It was bike taped the whole time which i have removed for the new buyer. The frame design remained unchanged for a number of years and as far as i'm aware is identical to 2015 model. Chainset: converted to 1 by 10 front chain ring with E-Thirteen chain device. Simpler, has skid plate to protect underside and the chain hasn't ever come off since fitting the guide. Fork: Rockshox Pike with Charger Damper, professionally serviced summer '16 incl. seals replaced by TF Tuned (had little use since) and had a lower leg service less than 10 rides ago. Brakes: Upgraded brakes to Shimano XT. These brakes have huge power and great modulation - nearly new pads. Dropper Seat post: Nearly New Giant Contact SL 150mm dropper post with less than 20 hours riding. Way better than the Rockshox Reverb it replaced and has 150mm drop so suits taller riders well. Tyres: Brand New, never used, Specialized Butcher on the front and part warn Schwalbe Nobby Nic on the rear. Fully tubeless setup. Other: The complete frame bearings were replaced late summer '16 and it has not seen much use since. Needle bearing was fitted to the shock to reduce resistance and improve small bump sensitivity. All wheel bearings were also changed relatively recently. There is a very small amount of play in the bottom bracket but it is so minimal I've never worry about replacing it. I will include any spares I have. Currently in based in Aberdeen but I am occasionally in East Fife. Hi, For sale my 2015 Reverb Stealth 125mm 30.9mm 420mm seatpost. It's not had much use. The lever and hose have been freshly bled for the new buyer and it works like a dream. There is a very slight drop when sat on which i measured at 7mm (i've never found it to be an issue). Selling as getting a new bike and no longer required. £75 posted with the UK. Up for sale is my much loved 2012 Canyon Nerve, this bike is a great allrounder and has served me well in both the climbs and the decents. The lockout, pro pedal and dropper seatpost make it very quick and easy to switch from an efficient climber to trail munching machine. The bike is well used so has quite a few scuffs mostly on the rear swing arms from shoe rub as can be seen in the pictures. Brand new brakes have been put on the bike for the sale as the old elexir 5s were very unreliable and have been replaced with some much lower maintenance shimano M396s. This bike is perfectly suited for riders from 5' 7" to 6'. Postage can be organized at buyers expense or preferably can be viewed in Aberdeen.
