A Spring Fling in North Carolina
@slayersxc17: Take 276 to the Blue Ridge Parkway, once on the BRP, drive toward Asheville but only for a few miles. Just past the Pisgah Inn motel on the Parkway, there's a pull-off to an overlook to the right. Take that pull off just up the hill and park there. There's a connector trail to the beginning of Pilot that is hiking only, but it's very short. Maybe 0.3 mi. There's about a 10 minute hike a bike, but you're at the upper most point of Pilot from there. You can then drop Pilot down to Yellow Gap, then traverse via Upper Buckhorn to middle and lower black. Once done, climb back up Avery Creek Rd to hit Bennett and you've descended ~4500+ ft but have only climbed about 2k. It's a blast if you don't have much time or leg energy, but still want to hit the best of the Brevard Pisgah area.

Bike Standards—How Did We Get Here?—A Podcast
@TheMotoGiveth: Why Clayton? I was up there this past weekend and noticed that you guys are there now. Originally I didn't think Clayton had much to offer with just Stonewall, but man, was I wrong after searching a little on Strava heatmaps. There's some good stuff around there!

East Bound and Down: Auburn, Alabama
Blankets is growing like crazy, although the new "bigger" jumps running alongside Quehl holler look a little sketch at the moment.

Trek Fuel Ex 9

$1750 USD
I have for sale a Trek Fuel in good condition. I bought the bike brand new in March of 2015 and have thoroughly enjoyed it since. In the last 6 months I've replaced: cassette, chain, dropper post under warranty, replaced both front and rear calipers upgraded to XTM8000, rear rotor, both sets of brake pads, rear tire, and grips. Fork serviced February 2017 and shock serviced in Jan. A new rear wheel was installed on the bike late 2016 (Hope) and has been bombproof since purchase, haven't had to true it yet. Bars are also 750's, not the stock 730's that came with it. I'm looking for something with a little more travel, as I'm able to ride Pisgah more often than before, so this will have to go. Aside from minor scuffs that come with a 3 year old bike, the bike is mechanically sound. Price is somewhat negotiable but please be reasonable.
