@gyztms: maybe I am being a little bit hard on them, but it would not have been difficult to have a clip of Gracey Hemstreet hitting the final jump at hardline in Tasmania. its an impressive jump and it highlights to them straight away that the sport is all inclusive

@knutspeed: i have just confirmed with discovery+ that I only need a standard subscription here in Ireland, and this staement is from https://ucimtbworldseries.com/watch:
"Racing can be watched on discovery+ in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Ireland"
so you should only require a standard subscriiption - which is just tolerable

While he might not be at the pointy end anymore - he still has the experience and class to be in it on any given day, and knowing greg this final year on a new team and what has gone down will only make him more motivated and ready to prove a point. 2024 is going to be wild.....if we know how the hell we can watch any of it!

@fish-monkey: "China" is a South African colloquialism. "my china" is a a friend or a mate. similar to "my bru". I am guessing it must come originally from cockney slang - but in this context it's very much a reference to greg's heritage

@JonnyTheWeasel: i cant even subscribe to discovery+ because it license restricted (i guess by sky). No ways am i going to be forking out for a vPN and discovery subscription to watch. It is sad that they are going to lose some many followers of the sport unless they make something available for us
