Getting to Know: EWS Privateer of the Year Matt Stuttard
I may not look like the average Privateer, I always try look as professional as possible. But yes, I bought my own bike, pay for my own travel and expenses, work on my own bike, cook my own food & so on... I'll try get some sort of bike check up on the new Privateer bikes but as for sizing and stuff.. I'm 6ft2 (188cm) and I ride a p3 (large) with a 50mm stem (as I prefer a longer stem), seat angle felt strange to start with but soon got used to it & love it now. Bike has a good stable/planted feel yet agile enough to get through the tight techy sections. I also run a 170mm Fork.

@SteveDekker: think your the one who needs to grow up mate. Instead of being sat behind a computer screen, why not get out here yourself and put in all the hard work. I pay for a bike, I pay for all my travel and expenses, just like any ordinary privateer/rider. Getting coverage is a massive help in racing and not getting anything on a write up is shit.. Yes graves cruised S6 but everyone else who I spoke to at the finish line said they had a pretty good run.. That's why I'm here doing what I'm doing, moving up in the rankings after every race.

Finished: Ask Us Anything - Schwalbe, Procore
A lot of riders had the blue Procore tubes hanging out of punctured tyres at Lourdes, especially in the top section. do u realy think they work ?. seems a lot of money to be parting with to still get a puncture. Think a full Maxxis DH tude for a tenner does the job better and prods weighs about the same.
