I run them straight up. If not, I cramp up.
Some bros align then with the fork/headtube angle. Others waaaay back. Depends.

31.8 stem, usually 50mm in length. Depends on bike reach/stack.
Spank Vibricore Bar. Spank or Spoon. Both are great, depends on bike. Cut to what I like.30mm rise.
Ergon GA3s for grips. If you have hand/wrist problems, look into that.
I'm happy.
Lots of hand injuries.Ex DH racer. And usual crash candidate. I use this set up on ALL of my bikes.
