Video: The Kids Are Alright | Story Of The Race from the 2026 South Korea DH World Cup
Ben, I think the take on loose tracks is really interesting. Here in Utah, our tracks always have loose rock (tbh it looked just like our Utah tracks) and established tracks would have big rocks dislodged regularly when I was racing dh. My question: do you think it’s actually a bad thing to have the track loose/fresh, or is that exactly why Asa won, because this track is more like our western US style of riding?

Video: WynTV Finals Day - 2025 Leogang DH World Cup
@Korbi777: I’m friends with a couple wc racers, and each have independently told me that Bruni is the highlight of World Cup racing for them. They both say he’s the most down to earth person on the track. When one was racing juniors they said Bruni invited him to come hang out, and Bruni introduced him to the whole team, and the kid was mid pack in juniors at the time. Anywho, I’ve gained tons of respect for him since hearing that

Photo Epic: Wild Action From The 2025 Natural Selection Bike's Finals
Different strokes for different folks, but I'm a freeride guy and I LOVED watching this. It was way more raw than I expected, and was a real big mountain slopestyle event. The landings onto rough made it super interesting and the fact they were on DH bikes says a lot. It's essentially where Rampage is headed but at least this event admits it.

First Look: Marzocchi's New Super Z 38mm Fork
@4thflowkage: unfortunately it’s a business tactic called ladder pricing. If you’re in the market for a fork, you probably had 0 plans to buy a $1200 fox fork, but now that Marzocchi makes one for $1000, your brain says “actually…. I could just get a fox for only $200 more”. But you feel like a smart budgeter because you didn’t spring for their highest end model, or the top of their ladder for $1500 because that’s what a dentist would do. It’s the same company, and they got $200 more out of you than if you went with the marz. It’s incredibly smart on their part; Apple does it all the time
