@MTBennettMI: Ok, the history part makes sense. I've been doing this manually and then trying to feed it to AI but I can see that AI having this data wired in would make a difference.

I like the service intervals part but using AI for suspension tuning is pretty meh. I've tried both ChatGPT and Grok and their recommendations were pretty standard and did nothing to resolve the issue. The best way is always with telemetry data, now if you could build an app where you can feed it data from a run and it can interpret it for you THEN this would be really useful. Like a ShockWiz but better.

It sounds like Manitou has been reading the mtbr thread and fixed all the issues that gen1 had. I have two mezzers and my major issues were dropout alignment, on one I had to remove paint, on another I have to use 0.4 mm spacers. Tight bushings, resolved with burnishing. The breakaway force issue was tackled by people using a 214 quad o-ring but this is a non issue imo. Kudos to Manitou for listening to their customers, they have really done their homework.

Suspension forks that are shipped from the factory with proper bushing and axle tolerances. I'm sick of having to burnish and fiddle around with paint strippers to get the fork to work as advertised

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly: Pinkbike Tech Editors' Preferred Handlebars

I ride 780 mm Renthal Fatbars and in the last two years the outer parts of my hands have started to hurt. I've messed around with different grips but that hasn't helped too much. I've tried rolling the bars forward but that gave me tendinitis in my left hand. I've tried high risers and that helps a lot when seated but not much on the descends. And lastly I've tried the Ergotec 12 degree bars and they feel much better but I'm afraid to go DH'ing with them. I only know of another 12 degree back sweep bar and that is SQLab but they are pricey. Any recommendations on bars that don't cost an arm and a leg that won't kill me on the descends?
