2022 Pivot Firebird Custom Build Ridden by my daughter, she is 5'4''. Pivot says it fits 5'4'' to 5'9'' Fox Factory 36 with 170mm of travel up front, and a Fox Float X2 with 165mm in the rear. The original shock was replaced in 2024 by Fox under warranty with a new 2024 Shock. Enve AM30 Carbon rims laced to I9's (Hydra rear, 1/1 front) TRP DH-R Evo brakes with 200mm rotors front & rear Sram XX1 derailleur & cassette, with Descendant cranks. Renthal Fatbar Carbon bars, with a OneUp Stem Fox Transfer dropper. Drive side seat stay had a pretty good chip in the paint, and we were concerned about a crack. When the shop took the paint down to the carbon, it was fine, no crack. He overlaid some carbon repair patches since he had the paint off. It is structurally sound, no damage to the carbon.
