Plus you save big and get a bunch of extra gear that will come in handy for any build you may want to do. ---------------------------------------------------- Mavic CXP-22 w/ 105 5700 Rear Hub, 32 Spoke/3-Cross Wheel, 700c - $120 This is a smooth rolling, yet strong wheel for roadies and city riders alike. Mavic’s workhorse CXP-22 rim with 32 spokes in a 3-cross pattern (drive side) make for a strong wheel. Laced to a Shimano 105 (5700) hub, the wheel rolls smoothly and easily. Unlike some other hubs, the 105 hub is a cup and cone style that can be cleaned and serviced. This will give the wheel a long service life. The wheel has approximately 3000km on it, but is almost brand new. Braking surface is hardly worn, and the rim runs true within 1 mm. Comes with a 9 speed Tiagra CS-HG50-9 cassette, which still has life left in it. Comes with rim tape and quick release skewer. Shimano Tiagra ST-4503 9 Speed STI shifters (Triple) - $95 These work perfectly, have a smooth action, only some small scratches on the front. Hood rubber has been cleaned. Shimano Tiagra FD-4503 Front Derailleur (Triple, Braze On) - $25 Great condition, no flaws. Shimano 105 5600 Rear Derailleur - $45 Great condition. Hi everyone! For sale is a brand new, never built, never ridden, immaculate 2015 Giant Defy 1 aluminum frameset (Large). The reason I am selling is because Giant sent me this frame as a replacement for a much older frame I had warrantied and I don’t have the time or inclination to build this new frameset into a bike. It comes with everything you see pictured - frame, carbon fork (w/ uncut aluminum steerer), derailleur hangers, and an alloy D-Fuse seatpost. A bit about the frame: The 2015 Defy frameset (like its predecessors) is super light and comfortable, yet strong and stiff enough to rival more expensive carbon frames. This frame is the culmination of Giant’s expertise in aluminum frame building, with strong, oversized tubing, flexible seat stays, a stiff bottom bracket shell (press-fit), and an absolutely gorgeous, blemish-free matte black and white (w/ blue accents) paint job. The size is Large (top tube is 57.5cm), and according to Giant’s frame size chart, will fit someone whose height is 185cm (~ 6’1” give or take) or taller. This is the swiss army knife of frames - compliant and upright enough that you can ride all day without discomfort, but plenty light, stiff, strong, and low enough that you can channel your inner racer to sprint, pace, and turn like the Pros do. A quick Google search of the reviews of the 2015 Defy will confirm what I have said above - the Defy is a winner in all respects, and is generally considered one of the best all-round road bike frames in production. This frameset would typically go for at least $700 or more, plus tax at a bike store. I am selling it for $550 - brand new, never used, not a scratch.
