First Look: The 2025 Geometron G1 is More Adjustable & More Proportional
@whiteranger3: Agreed - The actual STA is pretty slack too - Would be interesting to try them back to back to see how noticeable it all is in the real world though.

First Look: The 2025 Geometron G1 is More Adjustable & More Proportional
Interesting to hear everyone's experiences... I'm on an MT v1 currently but find the stack a bit too low, and more importantly the seat tube is stupidly slack... I read a review somewhere stating they measured the XXL actual STA at 69 degrees which I can believe... Add to that the short chainstays and a 240mm dropper it's not ideal. From the numbers (on paper) and the reviews, looks like the V2 MT is a lot better for this. For me the replacement has to solve the stack and STA, but I'm actually not fussed about going that much longer so 530mm reach sounds nice without going too far. It's between this and a Madonna V3 for me, possibly a MT V2 if a very good deal came up (Appreciate this is ironic given the others are more £ and alloy, but the numbers don't appeal as much).

As a freak sized (6'7) rider in the minority who want an XXL, stoked to see them keeping this size and making things more proportionate (Nice to see the headtube size, and stack feels suitably big which isn't always the case). Even for me the OG G1 XXXL looked too long (on paper at least) for the average rider. Ie. You'd need to be super tall, and super aggressive on the bike which I don't think many riders at that height would be - The numbers on this look much more appealing. Would be great to see a PB article comparing bikes for the taller riders now there's a few that are actually suitable on the market (this, Madonna V3, Sentinel, Megatower etc all spring to mind). Why is there no water bottle mounts though? Surely they could chuck one on the downtube? (A bottle covered in mud is better than nothing!).

Review: Raaw Madonna V3 - Yes, It's Still Great
@tralebuilder: Your bike is about 2 sizes to big for you! (By somewhat conventional numbers / thinking anyway). Do you have huge arms and tiny legs?!
