FOX 40 27.5 boost - ALP CRUNCHER....

$500 GBP
Travel now opened to Swiss Alps! Thank goodness we can start planning some proper DH..... Immaculate FOX 40 110 boost. 27.5. Coil version, which is a real asset versus air. Far more consistent and small bump sensitive. They have the two atmospheric balance valves. Blue spring - medium. Chris Porter (Geometron and Mojo suspension guru) argues that the non-Kashima stanchions are superior to Kashima since they retain oil far better - which is exactly what we have found. It's also true that the seals in the coil versions are less restrictive since they do not need to hold pressured air, and that's also true of these forks. Once dialled in, they don't have the problems of an air fork in the Alps - heating during really long runs, and changes due to 1km height differences. These are second forks so very little used. So little in fact that I don’t want them staring at me in the workshop any more, asking why they aren’t going downhill. If they stay in the workshop I am gong to have to build another DH rig for them to go into, and I am just building a Sentinel at the moment and don't want to get distracted. Immaculate stanchions - see photos. 165mm steerer 1 and eighth. Axle included. All threads throughout perfect. Small mark from brake hose (running Hope braided so they tend to leave a small mark after a minutes’ use) (see photo) Small cosmetic mark from being in the workshop on one lower (see photo) Can discuss best postage depending on where your are. I've looked at the prices for equivalent forks and there are a few of these around now, but important to note that these are very low mileage and ready to roll. 500gbp since we want these to go to a good home, and the workshop is beginning to get just a bit too full of forks, frames and wheel sets.... PM for dibs.

Bell Super 2 full face - small

$55 GBP
Nice Bell Super 2 full face. Blue and black. Removable chin bar of course. Repeatedly best in test in different magazines and sites - that’s why we have so many of them, Super 2, 3 and DH. The Grom has just grown out of this, so I have had to replace his DH and XC helmets. We have exactly the same one as this inbound to replace it. The one here has had no knocks or bashes, very carefully looked after, and comes with Go Pro mount. I think I can find the original box too. Size small - 52cms to 56cms. This is one of a number of helmets which he has, so has not had huge use. 55:00 plus postage to where you are. Dibs via PM. Thanks

Hope Rear Pro2 32H 150 mm 12 mm thru-axle

$80 GBP
Black Hope Pro2 150mm 32H 12mm thru-axle hub standard Shimano freehub - described in reviews as ‘bombproof and lightweight’, which it is. This has been laced but only had low mileage since it was in a reserve wheelset. Bearings perfect, Usual tiny divots on freehub but this is completely standard and not a problem at all on these hubs, and occurs almost immediately when these are used. It’s the Loud freehub (vol level 10) not the Pro3 Very Very Loud Freehub (vol level 11). Not much more to say since these hubs just sit there being relentlessly reliable and incredibly serviceable. I have had dozens of hubs from Hope since they started making hubs. And not a single problem. At all. 80.00 posted or exchange for 148 boost rear or 142x12 rear hub, any colour way. PM me if interested.
