Changes from stock build: - Please note there is no drivetrain on this bike, moved it to my current bike. The benefit of this means you don’t pay for a partially worn drivetrain, and can choose your own drivetrain, which people are often most opinionated about (i.e. you could min-max from a mix of component levels, or bling it out with any brand, or move your own drivetrain from a previous bike onto it). The downside is it has been difficult to get into a mechanic to install stuff these days. Upgrades: - The Pike RCT3 Fork has a Vorsprung Luftkappe installed, which is a phenomenal upgrade (in my experience, and if you check any reviews). This generation of fork is also forward compatible with Rockshox damper upgrades - Brand new front tire that has not seen dirt on it yet (Maxxis Minion DHF 2.40 Max Terra EXO) - Fabric Scoop Radius saddle This is otherwise the X01 build from Santa Cruz, with specs listed here: https://www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-CA/bronson-my17 Highlights of the X01 build: - CC level carbon frame, lighter and stronger than C - Santa Cruz carbon bars at 800mm - Pike RCT3 fork - Monarch Plus RCT3 rear shock - RSC level Guide brakes -Frame in excellent condition with 3M tape protection on top tube and downtube from shop since day one. Some scuffs on the tape prove the tape did it’s job and can be removed or changed. A superficial scuff near the right chainstay is not through the full thickness of paint. More detailed pics to follow. -The dropper post does need a bleed as it sags and is slower to return, but I haven’t been able to get into the shop for an appointment this summer. I am selling it because I haven't raced xc enough since then to justify keeping it. It is in near-perfect condition, with only an unfortunate cosmetic paint scratch over the toptube, where handlebars scraped across when transported in a van - see the last attached photo Despite the low use in the past few years, last summer I sent it for a full tuneup and inspection at the local Trek dealer to ensure everything is perfectly tuned. Since the tuning it has been in storage. Currently set up tubeless. Comes with all original manuals Does not include pedals.
